We have bought all of our trucks here. They are super knowledgeable about all of their vehicles and willing to help in any way. Took the truck in for a routine service and tire rotation. Also informed them that the check engine light came on the day before. They immediately pulled the code and informed me it was an emission's related component in the diesel exhaust system. They have the part in stock, and it would take about 4-5 hours to replace it, but they could do it right now. They went ahead a replaced it and performed the scheduled service. I had my truck back by the time promised. I was impressed they were able to perform this unscheduled work at a moment's notice. Borjon Auto Center's Service Dept goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers!

Our experience was excellent. They took care of us right away. Everything was fixed needed to be fixed. Gave us written idea of what was going on with the truck and told us what might be in the future with the same problem. Everyone treated us very . I took my 2019 GMC 2500 in because I was somewhat sure the batteries had reached the end of their life. But to my pleasant surprise they checked out as still being good and only needed to have the battery terminals cleaned & tightened. It would have been very easy for a less than Ethical shop to simply change the batteries out leaving me none the wiser.

Frustrating when you get an estimate and when everything is said and done it’s almost a $200 difference and when asking they are rude and short with you about it. I understand you’re busy but I don’t work in this industry so the invoice doesn’t make sense and just telling me “oh it’s the filters” and rushing away was not acceptable. Also having an appointment and STILL being told 1:45 for an oil change is not ok something needs to change with that also

Even went above and beyond to notify me immediately when the vehicle came in and put a paint ridiculous bow on the thing. There was also a sales guy who helped us, but can't remember his name. The service department was excellent. I was greeted by Pete upon my arrival. He got all the information regarding my 2025 Sierra in a timely fashion. Showed me where the customer waiting area was, which I might added was full of drinks and goodies and a big screen tv for customers to enjoy.
