Not a very good experience this time First let me say it was not due to the service writers, they do a great job, and I appreciate the follow up when I come in for service. I came in for a service early due to a check engine light. I being a mechanic scanned the code and knew what it was so I called Kegan and he said they just sold that part we needed, but they would reorder it for my job coming in the following week, didn't happen. Had to keep my vehicle overnight and had to borrow a car. Also asked to check for a ticking sound when cold since it was staying overnight, that didn't get done either. Now I'm really unhappy. Picked up vehicle and didn't even make it home and the check engine light on again. Called and was told to bring it back in, really upset because I don't have time for this. Found the technician did not install the ambient air temp sensor, threw it away with the old part and obviously he did not test this vehicle after he cleared the first code. I have been a tech, service writer and service manager for over 45 years and I don't feel I can trust your dealership to service my vehicles at this point. And for what you pay for a service, at least clean the w/s

In 2017 I started taking my truck for service at Borjon Auto Center. The Service writers I realized fully knew what they are talking about and know what they are doing with questions I asked them. In 2024 I was able to order a new truck and from beginning of shopping for my new truck to the end I was greatly appreciated by Ron and Haylee... Hayee and Ron kept in touch with me with my order all the way through the process. Parts department has been great as well. Sante in parts department was very helpful as well with understanding parts and orders if needed ... Please don't hesitate to go meet the staff. You will be well pleased... When my truck came in the owner of Borjon Auto Center personally met me in the lobby and with a big smile and said, lets go see your new truck. WOW, how great is that to know the owner of Borjon Auro Center / This great dealership showed me that he was just as excited for me as I was... It was a pleasure for being the his client... and I look forward to my next purchase with Mr. Borjon... At closing the deal out Jennifer in Finance explained everything in great detail to me when signing my contract and even look for the best rate for me without me asking... Again another WOW!!! The initial person I saw at the counter was very rude when I asked how long might it take. I don’t know the processes. I remember him from the last time I was there and he was rude then too. I think his right hand was in a splint or something. But honestly these reviews mean nothing so why even bother.

Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. The entire team, Haylee, Jen (both of them), Mark, Bo, Ronnie and Kevin were an incredible team. Also a huge shoutout to Joel, my tech who worked on my car (more on that below). I purchased a brand new '25 Yukon XL Denali from them, which had a warning light from the day I picked it up. Not Borjon's fault, came from the factory not working. Took the vehicle back to the dealership and they immeaditely got to work to try and get the car working again. Long story short, Joel and the service department worked for more than 30 days to try and get the car working (including having a GM send a regional technician out), they couldn't get it right. From Day 1 in the shop, they communicated with me each step of the way, what they were trying to get it working, and next steps. They also gave me a loaner car on day 1. Eventually GM offered to repurchase my vehicle. I got my money back and turned right around and bought another Yukon XL, this one working perfectly. I felt like the entire Borjon team had my back the entire way in an especially frustrating situation. GM unfortunately built a lemon for the first car, but the folks at Borjon made it work as best they could. My future cars and trucks are going to be through the Borjon Auto Center. Thanks Borjon Team!

Excellent service in providing vehicle. It took some time to find the exact vehicle I wanted and while waiting I did see another dealership down on Sherman Oaks so went ahead made the drive and attempted to buy there but the experience was awful. The Sales Manager was difficult to work with so I left. I have been a Ford owner all my life and after 5 decades of buying Fords I decided to try GMC. After my experience at the Sherman Oaks dealership I questioned my choice and thought about going back to Ford then my sales person Santos at Borjon called me saying they found the vehicle I wanted and it just arrived at their dealership. Must have been fate because when I arrived they were very gracious from my sales rep to the sales manager and finance manager. They honored the deal I had negotiated with the other dealership and it was an easy sale. I was given a thorough walk through of the truck and the worked with me every step. When I buy a car I also in essence buy the service as well and Borjon earned that loyalty. I was with the same Ford dealership for over 25 years and will do the same with Borjon.

The service for oil change and tire rotation was completed just fine-good work and on time. I had requested the brake wear life system be checked (reset the EBCM or calibrate the system??) since it shows only about 54% remaining on the front brakes with 12000 miles on the car and that was not corrected, I was told the brakes were fine though. Kevin said the correct tech was not there that day. This is not a big deal but based on google searches there is a problem with this model and most do not have a fix or understand what the fix is. I checked the software for updates and no updates are available for my car. The brakes also squeak but no correction noted.

Took the truck in for a routine service and tire rotation. Also informed them that the check engine light came on the day before. They immediately pulled the code and informed me it was an emission's related component in the diesel exhaust system. They have the part in stock, and it would take about 4-5 hours to replace it, but they could do it right now. They went ahead a replaced it and performed the scheduled service. I had my truck back by the time promised. I was impressed they were able to perform this unscheduled work at a moment's notice. Borjon Auto Center's Service Dept goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers!

The service was performed on schedule and as planned. I waited in the lobby watched TV and had some great hot cider. Keegan had estimated the service would take about 1 Hr. and it was very close to 1 Hr. when done. They did what they said they would do- what more would you want--- good job!

I recently went to have a recall and a routine oil change on my car done and it was gonna take a few hours. They gave me a ride to my house. picked me up when my car was done. Everyone was really nice overall great experience.

Kegan did a great job as did the service tech. I was merely getting a smog check but I noticed they also did a multi-point inspection. I feel better knowing they gave my truck a once over to make sure it wasn't just smog compliant, it was also checked for other issues before I hit the road
